I’ve really missed A. Jade/Ashley Jade, and I’m so happy she released The Consequence and is writing again. Whenever I pick up one of her books, I know I won’t be able to put it down until I finish, and that’s exactly what happened with this one. The wait was totally worth it. The emotional rollercoaster in this book, just like the first, made me want to throw my Kindle at the wall, but I managed not to! When a story and its characters make me feel so much, I know the author is an auto-buy for me.
