I loved how Carly Phillips gave readers a short follow-up on Ian and Riley from the Dare to Love series. A Very Dare Christmas is a holiday romance, perfect for a quick festive read. Ian and Riley, now parents, struggle to find time for each other until Ian whisks her away for a romantic holiday escape that definitely becomes steamy. =)
I enjoyed this novella about Ian and Riley’s much-needed surprise getaway. Updates on the other Dare couples in the background were a nice touch. If you want a quick, steamy holiday read, this is a great choice. Each Dare to Love book features a new couple and a well-deserved HEA. Overall, I give this novella four stars, and Carly Phillips’s stories will always be my favorite when I’m looking for amazing, real characters that feel like family.
